Devotion, cancellation and refund policies

RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ORDER, PROVIDED THAT THE WISH TO RETURN THEM IS COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.

THE RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION, THE PACKAGING UNDAMAGED AND THE PRODUCT SEALED. OTHERWISE THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

THE SHIPPING AMOUNT OF RETURNS WILL BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RECEIVED WHICH WILL BE THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPPING.

THE REFUND WILL BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE, WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT ONCE ITS CONDITION HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.

THE ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, BEFORE SHIPMENT HAS TAKEN PLACE. REFUND WILL BE IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED UPON CANCELLATION BY BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL.

 

REFUND POLICY

THE CUSTOMER WILL DECIDE AT ALL TIMES WHETHER THEY WANT THE REFUND TO BE MONETARY OR IN PRODUCTS THAT HAVE THE SAME VALUE AS THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS RETURNED.

THE REFUND, IF MONETARY, WILL BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL, AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE.

SHIPPING COSTS, IF THEY ARE THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE, WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED IF THE CUSTOMER VOLUNTARILY WITHDRAWS FROM THE PURCHASE.

IN THE CASE OF DEFECTIVE OR POOR CONDITION PRODUCTS, THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED ONCE THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND ITS CONDITION HAS BEEN VERIFIED.
